Our Inspiration
Our beloved father and grandfather, Sayeed Hussain AlQuraishi was a community activist and philanthropist.
Born in 1895, he was an entrepreneur at a very young age. He established a medical clinic serving the disadvantaged families in Baghdad, Iraq, and provided Medicine and treatment free to all.
Though he passed in 1956, Sayeed Hussain’s spirit of generosity and commitment to uplifting people in need has imbued the three generations of AlQuraishis that followed him. Today, we honor our family’s commitment to the underserved through the foundation’s effort.
